Google Ads Audit — see what's leaking budget before you spend another dollar.
Most Twin Cities businesses can’t. The clicks get tracked, the calls don’t, and nothing connects either one to a signed client. That’s a tracking problem, not an ads problem.
I’m Henry Bell. I work out of Brooklyn Park, and I rebuild tracking, intake, campaigns, and attribution so you see cost per signed client, not cost per click.
Spot wasted spend and missed opportunities, no obligations. Full pre-call audit optional with view-only access.
I cap it at 12 clients at a time so every account gets hands-on attention.
You didn’t start your business to chase leads or stare at dashboards trying to figure out where your calls came from. You built this thing to help people, protect, and build something your family can be proud of.
❌ You hired a “Minneapolis” agency that isn’t in Minneapolis.
The pitch had your city in the headline. Your account went to a junior two time zones away, and the person you liked on the sales call never logged in.
❌ You’re spending $5,000–$20,000/month on ads… with no clear proof it’s paying off.
You see calls coming in, but no way to confidently tie spend → calls → clients → revenue.
❌ Leads slip through the cracks before you ever get a shot at them.
A slow callback is the difference between a signed client and one who hired whoever answered first. I track answer speed and follow-up right alongside your ad performance.
❌ You’re paying Twin Cities click prices on broken tracking.
Legal and contractor clicks here are expensive. When the measurement is wrong, that budget disappears faster than it would anywhere else.
❌ Marketing tools feel like Greek.
Google Ads, LSA, GMB, CallRail, Clio Grow, tracking, tags, dashboards… You don’t want to be a marketing expert; you just want to understand what the hell is happening.
❌ You fear breaking industry rules or looking unethical.
Whether it’s bar rules, insurance regulations, or contractor licensing, you want to advertise ethically and confidently, without risking your reputation or license.
I’m a Coon Rapids-raised marketer who’s spent the last 6+ years helping lawyers and service businesses get better ROI from Google Ads. I’ve managed over $3M in spend across agencies, law firms, and now my own practice, run out of Brooklyn Park.
I only work with 12 clients at a time, so you get hands-on management, clean tracking, and someone who actually shoots you straight.
Here’s what I take care of for you:
Criminal defense, personal injury, and family law firms across the metro. You’re great at law, but relying on referrals isn’t a plan, and PPC is expensive here. I keep every ad, landing page, and claim inside your state bar’s rules, and I report cost per signed case rather than cost per click. → Google Ads for Lawyers
Roofing, remodeling, fencing, septic, ADUs. Minnesota’s season is short and unforgiving on a budget nobody is watching. I build campaigns that scale with demand in May and hold the line in January, so you’re not burning the year’s budget in one quarter.
Agencies and carriers competing against national brands and load boards for the same search. I build or fix campaigns to maximize conversions and cut wasted spend. → Trucking Company Advertising
Not just the total. Which services, which searches, which campaigns. When budget goes somewhere that doesn’t produce clients, you see it that month, not six months later.
Every call tracked and reviewed. Real inquiry, wrong number, someone outside your service area, existing client on the tracking line. Google counts all of those the same. I don’t.
Not cost per click. Not cost per lead. Cost per signed case, booked job, or written policy, tied back to the keyword that produced it.
A Birmingham criminal defense firm had steady call volume and no way to connect it to spend. The conversion tracking was broken in three separate places, so the account had been optimizing against bad data for months. I rebuilt the measurement first, then restructured the campaigns around the searches that actually produced signed cases. Over the following month calls rose 33.9%, forms 33.3%, and cost per call fell 21% — on a budget increase of $300.
A regional trucking company hired Bellringer Marketing after losing money with other agencies. With a $3,500 test budget, Bellringer rebuilt their Google Ads system from the ground up, targeting high-intent freight keywords, optimizing ad copy, and tracking every lead. Within weeks, the campaign generated over $160,000 in sales, turning skepticism into confidence and creating a profitable, scalable lead system.

For ad budgets of $15,000+/month. One-time setup: $1,500. Weekly reporting and strategy calls. Priority same-day response. Offline conversion tracking wired into your CRM, so Google bids toward signed clients instead of raw form fills.

Based in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. I manage Google Ads for businesses across Minneapolis, St. Paul, Brooklyn Park, Blaine, Anoka, Andover, Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Plymouth, and Stillwater, plus greater Minnesota: Duluth, Rochester, Winona, and Grand Rapids.
The work happens inside your account, so I take clients outside Minnesota too. Being local just means you can reach me in your own time zone and meet in person when it’s worth doing.
$1,500 a month or 10% of ad spend, whichever is greater, on budgets between $5,000 and $15,000. Above $15,000 it’s 10% of spend. Setup is a one-time $1,500. No long-term contract after the first 90 days.
No. I’m in Brooklyn Park and most clients are in Minnesota, but the work happens in the account. I’ve run campaigns in Alabama, Alaska, and across the Midwest.
Depends on the industry. Legal clicks here cost several times what home service clicks cost. Most clients invest $5,000 to $38,000 a month in ad spend, separate from the management fee.
They’re bigger. You’ll get an account manager and a team you never meet. With me it’s twelve clients maximum and no handoff — the person who pulls your search terms report is the person who answers the phone.
Tracking is live in the first two weeks. Meaningful data on what’s converting takes 60 to 90 days, because the bidding needs conversion data before it can optimize. I’d rather say that up front than take three months of your money knowing you’ll be disappointed after the first one.
Book the call anyway. I’ll review the account and tell you what I see. If they’re doing good work, I’ll say so — that’s a cheaper answer than switching.
Those are the industries I’ve built the deepest playbooks for, but I work with service businesses broadly. If you have real job/case/policy values and you’re spending $5,000+/month on ads, reach out and I’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit.
You’ll go straight to my calendar to book a free 30-minute call. No sales pitch — just a review of your account (or your situation, if you’re not running ads yet) and a straight answer on whether this makes sense for your business.
