Is This a Fit?

This works well when you:

  • Spend at least $5,000/month on ads, or you’re ready to
  • Know what a signed case or booked job is worth to you
  • Answer your phone, or have someone who does
  • Want someone who’ll tell you when the problem isn’t the ads

We’re probably not a fit if you:

  • Are shopping primarily on price
  • Need the campaign profitable inside the first month
  • Have someone else rebuilding the website while the campaigns run
  • Want a report rather than a result

If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Standard Plan

$1,500/month or 10% of ad spend — whichever is greater    Ad budget: $5,000–$15,000/month
One-time setup: $1,500

What's included:

For law firms, trucking companies, and home service businesses where the phone ringing is the business.

You get the full build — tracking that connects a phone call back to the keyword that caused it, campaign architecture Google rewards with lower costs per click, and hands-on optimization every week.

Included at this tier:

  • Bi-weekly reporting and strategy calls
  • Next-business-day response
  • Everything in “What Every Account Gets” below

$5,000/month minimum ad spend. Below that, Google’s bidding algorithms don’t collect enough conversion data to optimize properly — you’d be paying for management of a campaign that can’t yet do its job.

Growth Plan

10% of monthly ad spend
Ad budget: $15,000+/month
One-time setup: $1,500

What's included:

For firms and businesses where paid search is a primary revenue channel rather than an experiment.

At this spend level a one-percent improvement is worth real money every month, so the work goes deeper and the feedback loop gets tighter.

Included at this tier:

  • Weekly reporting and strategy calls
  • Priority same-day response
  • Offline conversion tracking wired into your CRM, so Google optimizes toward signed cases and closed jobs instead of raw form fills
  • Ongoing structured ad and landing page testing, with results documented
  • Everything in “What Every Account Gets” below

What Every Account Gets

Tracking that tells you where the money came from

GA4, Google Tag Manager and CallRail configured properly, plus offline conversion tracking that ties a signed client back to the keyword that produced them.

Most accounts I audit are counting the wrong things — form views instead of submissions, every phone call instead of the qualified ones. When tracking is wrong, every decision downstream of it is wrong too.

Campaign architecture built to scale

Tight ad groups, high-intent keyword clusters, clean naming conventions, and a bidding strategy chosen for your actual conversion volume.

Better structure raises Quality Score, and higher Quality Score means a lower cost per click for the same position. A lot of the savings live in the structure.

Ad copy written by a person

Written to pre-qualify before the click, so the people who aren’t a fit for your business scroll past instead of costing you a click and your intake person’s time.

Competitor and keyword research

Before launch I map what your competitors bid on, what offers they lead with, and where they’re exposed — then position you where they’re weakest.

Weekly optimization

Negative keyword refinement, search term pruning, bid adjustments, geographic and time-of-day tuning, ad testing, and landing page feedback.

The search terms report is where accounts quietly lose money. I read yours every week.

Retargeting and remarketing

Most people don’t hire on the first visit, especially in legal, where someone researches for days before calling. Retargeting keeps you in front of them at a fraction of the original click cost.

Compliance-aware advertising

Bar rules, insurance regulations, contractor licensing — I ask the right questions up front so your ads grow the practice without putting your license or reputation at risk.

Reporting in plain language

What worked, what didn’t, what I’m changing, and what it means for your revenue.

Henry Bell and Bellringer Marketing have been great to work with. I met Henry as a marketing novice and I asked him for extra attention as I learn the marketing process. He has exceeded my expectations with his level of availability, communication and his support. I own a small law firm and I started seeing the benefits of hiring Henry after just one month.

Henry did a great job improving/fixing my Google Search ad campaign. I had something set up by a cheap freelancer that was getting bad returns. After setting something up with Henry, my leads improved greatly! Thank you!

I've had more paid ads consultants than I can count. In the end, it was mostly excuses why it wasn't working in return for a lot of money. Henry was referred to me and almost immediately after meeting him, it was clear he knew what he was doing. He's been highly communicative, asks lots of questions about my business to understand what I do, and through some trial and error, my site visits were elevated with quality clientele, conversions went up, and I started see true results. Feel confident when you hire Henry!

I began working with Henry from Bellringer this past Spring to manage our Google AdWords program. He is doing a great job. I have found him to be reliable, competent and explained the details very clearly. Our most recent results saw an increase in leads from June to July of 43%. Good job Henry.

I've enjoyed working with Henry on updating and maintaining our Google account. He is very knowledgeable about the various Google platforms and has a strong desire for customer satisfaction on every project. I like that I don't have to worry about keeping up with the constant changes at Google as he does that for our company. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could.

Henry is a solid individual who has taken the lead and helped us create multiple supercharged, high-performing, beyond excellent ROI, AdWords campaigns. He has also got our retargeting campaign going and the results are not just acceptable, they are beyond anything we could have imagined.

Henry has explained everything to us, step by step. Taken the time to explain his reasoning behind each move and this made us confident in the process. There are a lot of people out there that call themselves "AdWords Experts" but Henry is a true professional. Everything is tracked, so we don't have to guess when the phone rings or some submits a form. We see monthly reports and communicate throughout the week/month.

Henry is currently working with us and we hope he continues to work with us as we expand our marketing efforts. Don't make the mistake of going with someone super cheap or super expensive. Henry is fairly priced and will not let you down. This young man is going places

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Every plan is month-to-month — no long-term lock-in. If it’s not working for you, you can cancel anytime.

The one-time setup fee covers building out proper tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, CallRail) and your initial campaign architecture, so reporting is accurate and campaigns are built right from day one instead of retrofitted later.

I cap my roster at 12 clients. You work directly with me on every call and every optimization — there’s no account manager relaying your questions to someone else actually running the account.

Tracking and account structure go in immediately, so you’ll have clear visibility within the first couple weeks. Meaningful performance improvements typically build over the first 60–90 days as optimization data accumulates.

Reach out anyway. The Standard and Growth tiers cover most businesses, but get in touch and I’ll tell you honestly whether it makes sense to work together.

Let's Look at Your Account

Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. I’ll review what you’re running now and tell you what I see — the wasted spend, the tracking gaps, the keywords quietly draining budget.

If it makes sense to work together, I’ll say so. If it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with a list of things worth fixing.

Thirty Days to Prove the Tracking. Ninety to Prove the Profit.

Tracking and account structure go in immediately, and you’ll have clean, trackable, qualified leads inside 30 days or you don’t pay for that month.

Profitability is a longer question. Google’s bidding needs conversion data before it can optimize, and that takes 60 to 90 days to accumulate. Judging an account at day 30 is like judging a hire on their first week.

So the initial term is 90 days. After that it’s month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

I’d rather tell you that up front than take three months of your money knowing you’ll be disappointed at the end of the first one.
