White Label PPC for SEO & Web Agencies

White Label Google Ads Management for Agencies

Add Google Ads to your service menu without hiring. A seasoned specialist does the account work, and your agency gets the credit.

Your team already handles SEO, GEO, and web builds, and clients keep asking whether you run paid search too. Say yes. As your white label Google Ads team, I set up, manage, and report on those accounts quietly in the background while your agency stays the name on everything.

Henry did a great job improving/fixing my Google Search ad campaign. I had something set up by a cheap freelancer that was getting bad returns. After setting something up with Henry, my leads improved greatly!

I’ve had more paid ads consultants than I can count. In the end, it was mostly excuses why it wasn’t working in return for a lot of money. Henry was referred to me and almost immediately after meeting him, it was clear he knew what he was doing. He’s been highly communicative, asks lots of questions about my business to understand what I do, and through some trial and error, my site visits were elevated with quality clientele, conversions went up, and I started see true results.
Response from the owner
Working with you has been amazing. Thanks Robert!

🔧 How I Support Partner Agencies

My name is Henry Bell, and I run Bellringer Marketing. I’ve worked in paid search for more than six years, starting on agency teams where I handled 12 to 15 client accounts at once. Since going independent in Minnesota, I’ve also been the white label PPC agency working quietly behind other agencies. Along the way I’ve managed more than $3M in Google Ads spend, and I’ve worked on a law firm account running $900K a month through Google Ads, LSA, Bing, and Facebook.

The client relationship and the markup stay with you. My job is the account work, done well enough that your client renews.

  • Prospect audits your sales team can present
  • New account builds and takeovers of existing accounts
  • Measurement setup across GA4, Tag Manager, CallRail, and CRM imports
  • Reporting on signed cases, booked jobs, and revenue by keyword
  • Ad copy reviewed against bar and industry advertising rules
  • Landing page recommendations handed to your web designers
  • Weekly optimization, structured tests, and reports in your branding

Organic gets your clients found, and the website turns visitors into inquiries. Paid search should add to that with results anyone can verify. That’s the part I own.

White Label PPC Services for the Verticals You Serve

Legal

Attorneys are the clients I know best. Before launch, I review copy and landing pages against the firm’s state bar advertising rules. I also tie calls and form fills to the firm’s intake, so your client can see what each signed case cost. A Birmingham defense firm saw cost per call fall 21% after I repaired its tracking before touching the campaigns.

Home Services

My first years in paid search were spent on roofing and contractor accounts, and I’ve run an HVAC account for over two years. I organize campaigns by service and location, record every call, and add Local Services Ads when the client qualifies, so what reaches their phone is booked work, not tire-kickers.

Trucking & Insurance

Clicks in freight and insurance are pricey, and the searches that turn into contracts are narrow. I go after those, put a dollar value on each lead, and cut the rest. A trucking insurance company that started with $3,500 in test spend went on to book more than $160,000 in sales.

Sound Familiar?

❌ Clients want paid search and you’re turning them away. Each time you pass on it, that client starts talking to a shop that offers ads, and many of those shops will gladly take the SEO and web work too.
❌ A full-time PPC hire is hard to justify. With only a few ad accounts, a dedicated employee costs more than the work brings in. A Google Ads fulfillment partner lets your cost grow one account at a time instead of all at once.
❌ Your last PPC setup produced spend, not answers.Maybe it was a bargain contractor, maybe an automated platform. Either way, nobody could connect the leads to closed business, and when the client asked why costs climbed, there was no good reason to give them.
❌ You don’t want a vendor anywhere near your client. That’s reasonable. I stay invisible unless you invite me into the conversation, I don’t solicit your accounts, and I’m happy to sign an NDA and non-solicit agreement up front.
❌ You’re not sure how to report on paid results.Clients judge you by the report. Mine are written in everyday language, carry your agency’s branding, and can go straight to your client’s inbox.

Results From Real Accounts

Criminal Defense Firm: 21% Lower Cost Per Call

The firm’s conversion tracking had three separate failures, so bidding was learning from the wrong numbers. I repaired measurement first, then rebuilt campaigns around the queries that led to signed clients.

Calls +33.9% · Forms +33.3% · Cost per call −21%

Trucking Insurance: $160K+ in Sales From a $3,500 Test

The owner had been burned by previous agencies. I rebuilt the account around freight searches with real buying intent and tracked each lead back to revenue.

How a Partnership Starts

PPC outsourcing for agencies should be simple. You can be offering Google Ads to clients within weeks, with no recruiting or training on your end.

📅 Intro Call

A 30-minute conversation about your client mix and how you’d like to price and package paid search. Pick a time here.

🔍 Partner Audit

Share access to one account. I’ll return findings you can brand as your own and use in your next sales conversation.

🧭 Setup

Access runs through your manager account or directly in the client’s account. Measurement and campaign structure are finished in about two weeks.

📊 Reporting Under Your Brand

Twice a month you get a short write-up: results, what I’m testing next, and how it ties to the client’s revenue. Short enough that your client actually reads it.

Partner Questions

What is white label Google Ads management?

Your agency sells Google Ads as its own service and handles the client. I manage the accounts behind the scenes. Proposals, reports, and billing all carry your name.

Will my client know you exist?

No, unless you decide otherwise. I don’t reach out to your clients, and reports are branded for your agency. When a strategy meeting would help, I can attend as a member of your team.

How is partner pricing structured?

Account management begins at $500 per account each month. Setup work such as call tracking, offline conversion imports, or CRM connections is priced per project, since every account needs something different. What you charge the client is up to you. Businesses hiring me directly can see my standard pricing here.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

The client does. I’m added as a user and linked through your manager account, so if our partnership ends, the account and its history stay put.

Do you optimize by hand or rely on automation?

I use both. Early on, I make changes by hand based on the data. Once an account has steady conversion volume, automated bidding can take over, as long as the conversions it’s optimizing for are the right ones.

Which industries do you take on?

My strongest experience is with law firms, home service companies, and trucking and insurance. For other verticals, I look for two things: a known value per lead or job, and an ad budget of at least $5,000 a month. Send the details and I’ll give you a straight yes or no.

How long until a client account is live?

Usually about two weeks. I do the setup work myself, so there’s no handoff between people slowing it down.

What happens once I book a call?

You pick a time on my calendar for a 30-minute call. We’ll look at your client list and how you’d like to offer paid search, and you’ll know by the end whether partnering makes sense.

Month-to-Month Partnership. No Lock-In. Your Clients Remain Yours.
